Agreement to These Terms

By accessing Echoes of Aincrad Wiki at echoes-of-aincrad.wiki (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms govern your use of all pages, guides, tools, and embedded media hosted on the Site. We may update Terms periodically; the effective date at the bottom of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Fan Site Disclaimer — Not Official

Echoes of Aincrad Wiki is an independent, fan-operated reference website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai Namco Entertainment, Arika Co., Ltd., Aniplex, or any Sword Art Online copyright holders. "Echoes of Aincrad," "Sword Art Online," character names, weapon names such as Proto-Elucidator, and related assets are trademarks of their respective owners. This Site is unofficial fan content permitted under fair use and similar doctrines for informational purposes.

Game data, release dates, demo availability, edition bonuses, and mechanics described on the Site are compiled from public sources, player testing, and press materials. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or correctness. Official announcements supersede wiki content. Purchase games and DLC only through authorized retailers and platform stores—not through this Site, which does not sell products or accept payments.

Screenshots, logos, or artwork used for identification and commentary remain property of their owners. Contact information for rights holders is available for takedown requests as described below.

Acceptable Use

You may browse, link to, and quote reasonable excerpts of Site content with attribution and a link back to the canonical URL. You may not scrape the Site in ways that degrade service, republish entire databases commercially, misrepresent authorship, or remove fan disclaimers. Automated access must respect robots.txt and reasonable rate limits.

You may not use the Site to distribute malware, harass others, impersonate official support, post unlawful content through any interactive features if added in future, or attempt unauthorized access to our hosting or analytics accounts. Tools on the Site run locally in your browser; manipulating localStorage or client scripts for personal use is fine; attacking our infrastructure is not.

User-submitted feedback sent via public channels (email, social mentions) may be used to improve content without compensation unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Content and Intellectual Property

Original text, layout, and tool logic on the Site are owned by the Site operators or contributors and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial reference. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Site operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised via the contact method listed on the Site footer; informal resolution is preferred.
